How do I open an account?

Is the demo account identical to live trading?

The demo mirrors live Standard pricing and platform behaviour with virtual funds. Two honest differences remain: demo orders never experience real-market slippage or rejection, and trading without money at risk feels different from trading with it.

Do you offer swap-free (Islamic) accounts?

A swap-free option is available on eligible account types. Instead of overnight interest swaps, positions held beyond a set period may incur a fixed administration fee, disclosed before you opt in.

Can I hold more than one account?

Yes. You can hold Standard and Professional accounts side by side under one portal login and move funds between them from the client area.

What documents does verification require?

A government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID) and a proof of residence dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement. Requirements can vary by jurisdiction; the portal lists exactly what applies to you.

How can I deposit and withdraw?

Supported funding methods and their processing times are listed on the deposits and withdrawals page. Withdrawals return by the same method you funded with wherever the payment network allows it — a standard anti-money-laundering practice.

How long do withdrawals take?

We process withdrawal requests on our side within the timeframe published on the deposits and withdrawals page; the remaining time depends on your bank or payment provider. Card refunds typically take longer than wallet transfers.

Can someone else fund my account?

No. Deposits must come from an account or card in your own name. Third-party funding is rejected as an anti-money-laundering control, and returned payments may take several days.

Can my account go negative?

Retail accounts carry negative balance protection: if extreme movement takes your equity below zero, the balance is reset to zero. You cannot owe more than you deposited. Protection terms are set out in the client agreement.

What exactly am I trading?

Contracts for difference. A CFD tracks the price of an underlying market — a currency pair, a metal, an index — and settles the difference between your open and close price in cash. You never own the underlying asset.

How does leverage work?

Leverage lets you control a position larger than your margin. At 1:100, a $1,000 margin controls a $100,000 position — and a 1% adverse move erases the full $1,000. Leverage scales losses exactly as it scales gains, which is why the risk warning is on every page.

What is a spread?

The difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price. It is the cost you pay to enter a trade: a position opens slightly below break-even and crosses it once the market moves past the spread in your favour.

Why was my account charged overnight?

Positions held past the daily rollover incur a swap — an interest adjustment reflecting the rate difference between the two sides of your trade. Swaps can be positive or negative and are listed per instrument in the contract specifications.

What are margin calls and stop-outs?

When your equity falls to the margin-call level, we notify you to add funds or reduce exposure. If it keeps falling to the stop-out level, the platform closes your losing positions automatically, starting with the largest loss, to stop the account going further under.

Are scalping, hedging, and trading robots allowed?

Yes — scalping, hedging, and Expert Advisors are permitted on eligible account types. We do not restrict strategies that operate within the client agreement.

Why did my order fill at a different price?

Between the moment you submit an order and the moment it executes, the market can move — especially around news releases. Your order fills at the best available price, which can be better or worse than requested. Limit orders cap the price you will accept; stop orders do not.

When are markets open?

Forex trades around the clock from Monday morning Sydney to Friday close in New York. Metals pause briefly each day; indices and shares follow their exchange sessions. Each market page lists hours in Gulf Standard Time.

MetaTrader 5, available for Windows, Android, and iOS. Every device connects to the same account and the same pricing — a position opened on desktop can be closed from your phone.

How do I connect MT5 to my account?

Your platform credentials and server name are issued in the client portal after registration. Enter them in MT5's login dialog; the platform page walks through it step by step.

Does the platform cost anything?

No. Platform downloads and market data on tradable instruments are included with your account. Trading costs are limited to spreads, any commission on your tier, and overnight swaps.

Where is my money held?

The arrangements for holding client money — including its separation from Dynasty Markets' operating funds — are set out in the client agreement published on this site. Retail accounts additionally carry negative balance protection, so your worst case is your balance, not a debt.
